Educative Care

Introduction

Hariyo Kharka is co-ordinating a teaching and learning program called “Educational Care,” since the year 2022, which is conducted by Rise Up Global Ministries, USA. This program is designed to support educators and schools with limited resources by providing them with opportunities to develop skills and strategies in education that honor God, His creation, and the children in their classrooms.

The purpose of the Educational Care program is to encourage and assist educators in developing their teaching skills and strategies. This program aims to create an environment where education reflects the values of God, respects His creation, and prioritizes the well-being and growth of the children in the classroom.

Process

Educational Care is an adaptable program that consists of five (5) modules, each focusing on a specific learning area. Each module can be completed in four (4) days. The entire program is a two-year journey, with participants meeting twice a year to cover the modules. This structure allows for continuous learning and development over an extended period, ensuring that educators have the time and support that they need to implement the strategies effectively.
